Information you provide

When you book a consultation, TNI receives the name, email address, phone number, school, graduation year, and other information you submit in the booking form. Information may also be provided during subsequent communications.

How booking information is used

Booking information is used to schedule consultations, contact you about your inquiry, and organize recruiting advisory follow-up. Appointments are managed in Google Calendar, and booking details are copied into ClickUp for task management.

Service providers and external sites

This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Hosting and linked services may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser information under their own policies. Google Calendar, ClickUp, X, and college athletics websites have their own privacy practices. A link does not make those services part of TNI.

Website tracking

The current website code does not include advertising trackers or a dedicated analytics service. It does not implement a response to browser Do Not Track signals. Hosting providers and external sites may process information independently.

Questions and requests

Contact TNI at contact@thenextinningconsulting.com to ask about information held by TNI or request access, correction, or deletion. Applicable legal obligations and the policies of service providers may affect how a request can be handled.

Young athletes

A parent or guardian should participate in inquiries for athletes under 18. Children under 13 should not submit personal information through the booking form; a parent or guardian should contact TNI instead.

Policy updates

Effective October 1, 2026. Changes to this notice will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
